Unfortunately, ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE for BODY ESSENTIAL ITEMS. Our vendors do not allow us to refund items due to COVID sanitation concerns. As for custom pieces, you may return your item if it is not your size within a 14 day window upon delivery. If the item returns with damages, the item is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. ** LOUD MOUF is NOT held liable if shipping parties deliver items to the wrong address/lose/damage the item.
